On Your Own
Congratulations on completing the course!
On these pages we provide tools to support you with your ongoing meditation practice. Use the links below to access the tools. We suggest that you download the Meditation Music and print out these documents for your use in the future. If you haven't already done so, we also recommend that you download and save the four guided meditations you used during the course. You may want to use these again in the future.

TIPS -- Continuing Your Meditation after the Course
Now that you've completed the four week course, you can try meditating on your own without the guided meditations. Start as you usually would: sit, get comfortable and close your eyes. You can then meditate using the breath awareness or body awareness styles, or you can "simply be". If you enjoy mediating with music, you can use the 20 minutes of meditation music.
Your experience with the four guided meditations during the course has helped you to simply be aware of what is happening in the present moment without resistance to the natural flow of experience. The course has simply helped you to discover your natural ability to meditate. Meditation is natural to the mind. Given the opportunity, the mind will shift into a state of ease quite automatically. Anytime you notice that meditation is not easy, you can always review the Meditation Principles or meditate along with one of the guided meditations as a refresher.
