WEEK TWO
WEEK TWO
Introduction to the Body Awareness Guided Meditation
Please read the information below before listening to the meditation for the first time. You do not need to read it each time you use the meditation, unless you feel a need.
About the Body Awareness Meditation
This meditation is similar to the Breath Awareness Meditation, except that you will be guided to have your attention on your body. Again, this is a very easy focus. You'll simply allow your awareness to be with sensations in your body. You will be guided about how to do that. As in the Breath Awareness Meditation, you don't need to strain to keep your attention on your bodily sensations. From time to time your mine will wander. That's fine. It's part of the meditation. Whenever you notice you mind has wandered, just easily bring it back to awareness of the body. Whatever happens during the meditation is fine -- there's no right or wrong experience.
How to Listen to the Guided Meditation
You will be voice-guided for 15 minutes, and then encouraged to continue on your own for 5 minutes more. You will also be encouraged to take a couple of minutes to come out of meditation slowly.
Listen with the volume as low as possible while still being able to hear the voice comfortably and without straining.
Listen easily, allowing the words to “wash over you”. You don’t need to understand, or even hear, all the words. The words and phrases aren’t instructions which are meant to be followed precisely. They are just gentle prompts to the mind.
Now you can listen to the guided meditation. You don't need to remember anything you've read. You'll be voice-guided each step of the way.

Personal Consultations
If you had challenges or questions with the guided meditation, please use the Support page first. If you did not get the information you needed that way, use the contact form below for a personal consultation. You can ask questions about your practice and experience with meditation. We review these questions daily and you should receive an answer within a day.
