Bedroom, you need a bed, as a minimum. Whats great about flipper, is you can demolish and re-structure the whole layout. There are no rules.
But, in order to make a profit, most buyers require a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Some of the other Flippers will have a much more detailed explanation.
