Hey all! So now that the G20 has been out for a while, I would like to get some opinions from those who have owned or driven both an F30 and G20 and find out which you preferred and why. We know when it comes to E90 vs F30, a lot preferred the E90 over the F30 although what about F30 vs G20? Steering, suspension, tech (most likely goes to the G20), build quality, styling etc.
My 2017 F30 3 Series went in to BMW for what I hoped would be 'used approved' warranty repairs and whilst I waited, they gave me a courtesy car the latest generation G20 of the 3 Series.
F30 330i vs BMW G20 330i Engine & Performance Both use the BMW B48 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, but power outputs do differ slightly as the unit in the G20 is slightly improved.
