Hyundai Navigation Update No Supported Files

Lots of wasted time with different size USB keys and talking with Hyundai Nav support people in California and "No supported files" is burned into my screen now! The dealers don't seem to know squat about it either, they just say "you have to do your own updates".

When I tried to update it in the car, it pops up a message saying: Insert the device that contains the update files and try again. A message also reads: No supported files on the top of the screen right after inserting the USB stick.

If you use Hyundai "Navigation updater" software and you login with your Hyundai account credentials - it should recognize your car model and pick up the right software for your car. However, if you have chosen what software to download on your own - you may, inadvertently, pick up wrong Gen software. That would result in "no supported files".
