Hyundai Update Button Greyed Out

My hyundai dealer told me the nav needed to be updated but was down until June 25th. I recently downloaded and updated to the latest version for my 2022 Hyunday Tuscan. After I downloaded it, the updater said copy to usb, I clicked that and this is what I see. The "okay" button cannot be clicked.

However on my system screen the 'update' button is greyed out! Does this mean the car knows it's already up to date? It's got June 23 version on my'21 Tucson 48v. Any ideas? If you can tell us two things?

If it is raised, it is unlocked. -Slide the switch up and down multiple times before leaving the button raised (unlocked). 2. Update: I pulled the ISG fuse which totally disabled the head-unit. So at least now if we drive the vehicle we don't have the radio playing some loud random station. Resolved: After letting the vehicle sit overnight with the ISG fuse pulled, and then using the latest software, the update ran in successfully!
