UPDATE; It turns our the dealership linked us to another RAV4 by mistake. As soon as he unlinked us from the incorrect car I was able to link our RAV4 to the app and use all its features. I bought a 2023 RAV4 last week and can't add my vehicle to the app or car's display screen. The salesman.
