Toyota App Vehicle Removed

Hi, this probably a rare quesion but has any one been using the Mytoyota app recently? I connected my car few days ago and this morning I received a message saying my car has been removed from my account and moved to a new account.

The problem is the app keeps randomly removing my vehicle from the app so I have to manually go back in and scan my vin and whatnot to reconnect the car to the app. It's happened about 4 times now since I started with the app. Anyone else have this problem or know of anyone to prevent the app from removing my car?
