The Orchard offers just 32 condominium residences, ensuring a level of privacy and intimacy rarely found in new construction. Spacious floor plans, private outdoor terraces, and expansive windows bring in abundant natural light, while custom layouts allow buyers to tailor their homes to their unique lifestyles.

Orchard enlisted in the Navy in January of 1942 and served in World War II, mostly in the north Pacific aboard the destroyer escort USS Gilmore, for two years.
