Blackwell, originally built as a holiday home overlooking Windermere, is a perfect example of arts and crafts design. You will discover within Blackwell a rich array of original decorative features including a beautiful inglenook fireplace, rare hessian wall-hangings, stained glass, carved wooden panelling and fine examples of William de Morgan tiles.
