As Japan does not have its own national design museum, this exhibit has come together with the cooperation of 7 Japanese artists from multiple disciplines to try to find an answer to this simple. The simple, minimalist forms of a pictogram are uniquely Japanese, as new exhibition 'Pictograms: Iconic Japanese Designs' at London's Japan House illustrates.
From manga to modern architecture, prototyping to paper culture, the Gallery is dedicated to highlighting the best of Japanese culture.
