Frequently Asked Questions

Once you download the app, allow our Keyboard permission:

• Go to Settings → Keyboards → Select Feels Music Messaging keyboard

Then you can toggle between your regular keyboard and the Feels Music Messaging keyboard to send Feels.

Find, Send and Create Feels to send to friends (It only works when you send to people in your contacts, for security purposes).

Play around with the rest of the app and let us know your thoughts and ideas!

Feels allows you to speak through music, accessing a previously untapped language.

Feels combine short video segments of 15 seconds or less with visualized lyrics.

You can send them anywhere you send messages, like SMS/MMS, Emojis and GIFs.

Keyboard access lets you send Feels right from your mobile keyboard.

Full Access simply means allowing the keyboard to connect to the internet along with the Feels app.

Your typed information is kept private while search data is shared with us to improve your overall experience.

Find or create a Feels using the Search or Create buttons.

You can then optionally customize the Feels and preview your creation.

Then you can Send, Like and Save to a Collection.

Hitting the Send button opens your device's Send/Share function.

You can also send directly from the Feels.

Use the Create button (lower menu) to Create and customize your own Feels from scratch.

1. Find a Song: Search & select for song by name, lyrics, artists, keywords and emotions.
2. Select Lyrics: Highlight the lyrics you want to message.
3. Backdrops: Backdrops let you replace the video with another image.
4. Customize: Personalize it with text effects - and don't forget to add Tags.
5. Save + Send: Save it to a collection (optional) and Send it.

Customizing a Feels is easy. It's an optional, fun way to personalize your message:

1. Find or create a Feels
2. Select the Customize option in that Feels' menu
3. Pick a Font from the options provided
4. Add a Backdrop if available
5. Add Tags
6. Save to a Collection (if you want to Send it again later)
7. Send it!

Collections make it easy for you to organize Feels you've created, customized or found.

In the Library section (lower menu or in your keyboard) you can:

• Create new collections
• Rename or remove existing collections
• Add Feels to existing collections
• Remove Feels from existing collections

In this view you can also see your Recently Sent and Created Feels

You can also pick your favorite artists.

Our system will get smarter as more people use it, allowing us to realize what makes a great Feels and why.

We know we only have a select group of artists/musicians in our product right now, but as we grow we'll be adding many more.
