Bmw R1200 Final Drive Oil

Hi, looking for the oil quantity, for the final drive on my 2022 1250RS, I have in mind reading 180ml, but also 250ml, so confused on that, and also the torque settings for the two plugs. Shall change the engine oil, filter, and rear oil as I am about to hit 3,000km, an figure its a good time. This kit has all the necessary parts for changing the gear oil on the final drive of your R1200.
