SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The working files for the XXVI Task Force document its work raising funds; planning individual events in each of the communities in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area, and special events for national and international media persons; and promoting the state of Minnesota as a major travel and convention center. The records include: background information; correspondence; subject files; research information on previous Super Bowls; proposals and Super Bowl bid information; financial and contributor information; promotional and press materials; logistics and reference information; event information; branding, logos, and ephemera; meeting minutes for the Executive Committee and various sub-committees; promotional audio and video recordings; and media summaries following the Super Bowl (1989-1992).
The working files for the LII Task Force include: event information and schedules, including various Bold North, Super Bowl Live, and Super Bowl Experience events (November 2017-February 2018); logistics, lodging, and transportation information (2017-2018); subject files; administrative records consisting of background information, bid information, correspondence, business planning, marketing and branding information, financial information, organizational information, works plans and Executive Board and Host Committee minutes (1984-1985, 1992, 2014-2018); correspondence and minutes regarding Anti-Trafficking committees (2016-2018); financial and budget information (2016-2018); and a promotional image book (April 1, 2014).
