HISTORICAL NOTE
The organization supported meals on wheels, a youth service bureau, a neighborhood newspaper, rehabilitation of existing housing, community celebrations, a crime prevention program, a health center, and halfway houses. The organization disbanded when the activities were taken over by the District 5 Planning Council of St. Paul.
