Peter George Rodosovich was born November 21, 1959 and educated at Bethlehem Academy High School and the University of Minnesota. He was first elected to represent Minnesota legislative district 25B (LeSueur and Rice counties) in 1982. After serving six terms, Rodosovich retired from public life, citing the stress and expense of campaigns and mental and physical exhaustion.

SCOPE AND CONTENTS

The files (1983-1994), arranged by legislative committee or issue, consist of correspondence with constituents and government and community leaders, reports, and memoranda covering a wide range of topics. Areas of emphasis include business and economic development, crime, education, health, natural resources and pollution control, taxation, and welfare. Higher education and the regional treatment centers (especially the Faribault State School and Hospital) are particularly well-documented areas of interest.
