There are constituent correspondence files (1974-1982), correspondence filed by subject matter (1981-1982), and memos and correspondence between Sieben and his staff and other state legislators, state agencies, and officials (1980-1982). The largest portion of the collection consists of legislative subject files (1970-1982), arranged alphabetically and covering a variety of legislative topics. Much of the legislation deals with Washington County problems, drug price advertising, education, and the regulation of public utilities.
