Chase (May 11, 1857), and Alexander Ramsey (September 29, 1859). |

The credentials reports give results of the presidential preference votes in the various counties and list the delegates and alternates to the district convention. Counties represented include Big Stone, Chippewa, Grant, Kandiyohi, Lac Qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, Pope, Redwood, Renville, Stevens, Swift, Traverse, and Yellow Medicine." |
