Louise Gillette Piper was born January 21, 1892 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Lewis Singer Gillette (1854-1924) and Louisa E. Perkins Gillette. On June 30, 1913, she married Harry Cushing Piper in Minneapolis. She died December 12, 1980 in Minneapolis. She had three children: Catherine, Harry, Jr., and Louise.

Includes photographs, programs, business cards, and travel literature from her trip on the Hamburg-American Line's Prinzessin Victoria Luise. The volume also covers her trip to Florida and Tennessee after the cruise.

Includes photographs, dance cards, and event tickets pasted into the volume.
Trip to England, June-August 1908.
Includes printed passenger list from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company's R.M.S. Empress of Britain, as well as a few published photographs.
