Especially significant are Hubbard County land ownership maps. Plans for the Ponsford school in Becker County are included, as are plans for homes and other buildings. Some folders were numbered by the donors and those numbers have been retained for the finding aid. The donors have included explanations of the materials in some of the folders. Both Myers were builders and draftsmen.

Compilation of articles, photocopies of clippings, photographs and photocopies of photographs related to buildings constructed by T.C. (1848-1916) and S.I. (1874-1935) Myers. Includes Douglas Lodge in Itasca State Park, schools, churches, businesses, and private homes in Park Rapids, Verndale, Wadena, and Hubbard, and the Ponsford School.
Folder 2. Biographical data, undated.
Includes photocopies of compiled data, T.C. Myers' obituary (1916), and a brochure by Sidney Sanford on the wheat trail from Park Rapids to Verndale that brought wheat to the Myers-built grist mill.
Folder 15. Biographical details, undated.
Includes a biography, a poem, and photographs about Samuel Isaac Myers, including some of the quilts he made.
