Marvin Allen Davidov was born in 1931 in Detroit, Michigan. He attended Central High School, Detroit (1945-1949), and Macalester College, Saint Paul (1950-1953). Davidov served in the United States Army in the 1950s. He was active in the anti-war movement at the University of Minnesota during the 1960s. The Honeywell Project continued its activities after the end of the war until about 1990, and Davidov himself remained active in peace movements until his death in January 2012.
