Face to Face was founded in 1972 on the East Side of St. Paul, Minnesota, first offering a walk-in counseling and reproductive clinic for marginalized youth. In 1994, the organization founded SafeZone, a drop in center for homeless youth. The organization has since evolved to include more programming, including medical care, mental healthcare, prenatal care, housing support, case management, employment training and support, outreach, and other social services to low-income and insecurely housed youth.
