Messages, greetings, statements, and similar communications sent to constituents or
constituent groups by the Vice President's office, such as holiday and birthday greetings;
condolences; congratulations on anniversaries, weddings, baby births, awards, and other
occasions; messages to children on rites of passage such as graduations, confirmations, and Bar
Mitzvahs; and greetings or statements to organizations for meetings, dedications, openings, fund
raisers, commemorations, and other special events.
The files were kept largely by Julius Cahn, although many other staff members are also
represented.
