SCOPE AND CONTENTS
Correspondence, reports, background materials, and miscellany pertaining to conserving, protecting, and utilizing natural resources; and some materials regarding conservation organizations, memorials and monuments, parks, and beautification. The largest portion of the files pertains to oceanography, particularly the activities of the Marine Sciences Council and the National Council for Marine Resources and Engineering. The files are largely those of Humphrey staff member Edward Wenk.
