Montevideo Field Office OrganizerThe Montevideo Office generally maintained a staff of about six individuals including the program director, one or more program organizers, an office manager, various consultants and program coordinators, and interns.

Staff conducted outreach to the general public, and worked with farmers, local faith leaders, and others to educate them about Regenerative Agriculture, erosion control, and keeping runoff from feedlots out of streams. They worked with beginning farmers to help them get established in the business, advocated for the preservation of the family farm, and worked in other areas of interest to the organization.
