Certificate is blank. The company was incorporated on June 3, 1857. A note on the certificate says that is was located in Nicollet County.
Dakota, Town of. Certificates for shares, issued to M. M. Standish, 1859. 3 items.
The town was located at the mouth of the Cheyenne River, Dakota Territory. The officers of the townsite company were E. M. Wilson, president; M. M. Standish, secretary; and Pierre Bottineau, treasurer.
Hastings and Dakota Railway Company. First mortgage bond, November 1, 1869.
Illustrated bond, with coupons attached.
Hennepin County, Minnesota. Bond, February, 1859.
