The collection also includes an audio cassette tape of an interview with Republican gubernatorial candidate Allen Quist on the Waleed and Khalid Show, a Muslim radio program.

Correspondence documents the founding of the organization, originally called Muslim Republicans of Minnesota, as an outgrowth of the Arab Americans for Bush and Quayle campaign effort of 1992, and its endorsement of U.S. Senator Rod Grams. Other issues touched on in the correspondence include the group's fight against use of the University of Minnesota student services fee to support a gay and lesbian organization, terrorism by extremist Muslims, and U.S. policy in Bosnia.
