Subject files consisting of correspondence, memos, notes, reports, newspaper clippings, and other miscellaneous materials relating to proposed and enacted state and federal laws, bills, investigations, and appropriations; fire claims, arrests and prosecutions, roads and easements, attorney general opinions; cooperation with various state and federal agencies and individuals; materials used for lectures, movies, exhibits, photographs, and other means of educating the public; game refuges and animal protection; Itasca Park; and forest policies, originating from or received by the state forester, commissioner, or director of forestry (title change) or other members of the forestry division office.
