Lists name, date of appointment, last day on payroll, requisition number, and maintenance. Resignation data is recorded in red ink; appointment data in black.
Employee attitude survey, 1960-1961.
Administered on December 12, 1960 by the Public Welfare Department, the survey is a statistical report only, with no individual employee identifications.
It includes a copy of the survey; analysis, charts, and data on the use of norms, general morale, type of work, coworkers, working conditions, hours and pay, supervision, and communication; and open-ended verbatim comments.
