SCOPE AND CONTENTS
They detail the hospital's relationship with the Minnesota legislature, attorney general, legislative auditor, and departments of health, public welfare, and human services; the Joint Commissions on the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAH) and Health Care Organizations (JCAHO); the State Board of Pharmacy; the Southwestern Mental Health Coordinating Committee; the federal Health Care Financing Administration; Governor's Citizens' Mental Health Survey Committee; Glacial Ridge Vocational Cooperative Center; and Willmar State Junior College, and the operation of various hospital departments and programs, including chaplain, laboratory, rehabilitation therapy, social service, volunteer services, x-ray, mental retardation, adolescent treatment, dining services, housekeeping, laundry, pharmacy, nursing, staff development, activity programs, chemical dependency, long term psychiatric, outreach, dietary, and quality assurance.
