SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The plat books include a description of each road, a plat of its location, and citations to relevant documents. The road record book contains a plat and description of each road, and the texts of related petitions, orders, and other documents. The parcel plats include an index of property owner names and show areas in Dellwood, Lake Elmo, Newport, North Saint Paul, Saint Paul Park, White Bear Lake, and Wildwood. The road warrant registers record payments for road construction and maintenance.
