PATIENT CARDS
Information includes name, patient number, date admitted, religion, social security number, birth date, date transferred or discharged. Some of the cards may be from the Minnesota Sex Offender Program [MSOP] which was created in 1993 to allow for the institutionalization of sex offenders after they had finished serving their prison sentences.
Researchers should check all three sets as it is unknown if they duplicate each other.
