Topics covered in detail include downtown economic development projects, such as the Minneapolis Convention Center and Nicollet Mall improvements, and neighborhood redevelopment projects, particularly in the Hennepin and Franklin avenues, Cedar-Riverside, Elliot Park, Nicollet Island, Phillips, and Whittier areas.
