LYON COUNTY: LINCOLN, LYON, MURRAY AND PIPESTONE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES:

Begun in 1978 as the Lincoln, Lyon and Pipestone Community Health Services. Murray County was added in 1979. In June 1998, the name was changed to Public Health Services. The agency dissolved in December 2011.
