SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The reports contain comments and recommendations regarding the institutions' fiscal and accounting procedures; balance sheets and supporting statements; data on the average enrollment and number of employees (beginning in the 1950s); and fidelity insurance in force. Livestock and supplies inventories are covered, as are interest on investments, acquisition of property, and receipts and disbursements. Stillwater prison reports, starting in 1924, also contain audits of prison industries divided by department.
