The clinic registers, log, and surgery record (1916-1924, 1942-1944, 1958-1964) list the inmate's name and register number, and give a short description of his problem and treatment. The operating room records (1929-1964, 1969) list inmate's name and register number, case number, surgeon and other attendants, type of anesthesia, diagnosis, complications, and surgical findings. | |
