Abstract:Plans, elevations, details, and ground plans for the Governor's Residence at 1006 Summit Avenue, St. Paul. Originally owned by Horace Hills Irvine, the house was donated to the State of Minnesota in 1965 to be used as the governor's residence. Included are plans done by architect William Channing Whitney for the original construction in 1910-1911 and ground plans done by the Minnesota Nurserymen's Association and various landscape architectural firms in circa 1966 and 1988-1991.

October 1910. 17 items in 1 folder, blueprints.
Numbers were assigned by the architect.
The items listed together are housed back-to-back in mylar sheets to replicate their original housing in vinyl storage pouches.

These linen originals were compared with the preceding blueprints; although soiled, the linens are in better physical condition than the blueprints, many of which are faded or have pieces missing. The linens also dated both October 1910 and July 17, 1911, although the nature of the 1911 updates, if any, is not indicated.
