(1906); crime bureau reports for the St. Cloud Reformatory for Men (1951); proposals
for a new school for the feeble-minded (1945-1947); repairs and improvements to the
institutions (1900s-1940s); Rochester State Hospital's rock crushing operation
(1912-1941); and records dealing with finance and budget, water and sewage systems,
county welfare boards, dependent children, fire protection, Dr. Ralph Rossen, the
Ernest J. Seitz estate, and the Youth Conservation Commission.
