The scrapbooks contain clippings documenting Ramsey County welfare issues and the burial certificate stubs cover burials conducted with public assistance funds. They may contain name, residence, nativity, disease, death date, age, certificate signatory, undertaker, and cemetery.

The Alms House inmate registers and burial records document the residents of the house and contain information on their admission and discharge, birth, parents, occupation, marital status, death, and burial. The Ramsey County Home/Nursing Home visitor register mainly details the many organizations that provided entertainment or religious services for the residents, as well as individual visitors, while the patient record cards and death record books document residents.

The Ramsey County Home/Nursing Home records include visitor register (1951-1961), patient index cards (1920s-1990s), death record books (1995-1998) and death certificate stubs (1932-1967), newsletters (1951-2000), subject files, photographs (1940s-2005), a scrapbook, a video on Ramsey Nursing Home: "Roots in the Past - Vision for the Future" and other related records.
