PRESCRIPTION RECORD, 1890-1895
Separate volumes for men and women containing a record of the prescriptions ordered for various patients.
The data is entered in chronological order by date of first prescription for the particular patient. There is one name per page; subsequent entries at the end of the volume may extend several months past August 1895, which is the date of the first entry for the last name in the volume.
