babies' cottage; plumbing, heating, and mechanical equipment; electrical work; and
the gymnasium and hospital. |

A number of the buildings housed the latest modern equipment for items such as
gymnasium and swimming pool facilities, laundry and dishwashing machines, milking
equipment for the barns, and electrical and plumbing fixtures (including lavatory
facilities). Specifications and detailed bills indicate the exact nature of
materials and equipment used. Some information on landscaping is also included.
