They include minutes and other materials from meetings of field agents, of a committee on children's problems (1935), of staff conferences, and of the Minnesota Council on Adoptions (1938-1942); information on admission, placement, care, and physical and mental health of children; correspondence with the Division of Social Welfare, Division of Public Institutions, and other oversight groups; personnel and staffing information; staff notices and bulletins; correspondence regarding statewide administrative meetings for state institutions; a variety of statistics and background information on the school; some information on the physical facilities, especially various inspection reports; information on the school's herd of Holstein dairy cattle; and a file of background information pertinent to the proposed conversion of the school to an educational facility for the mentally retarded.
