The minutes cover all aspects of the Council's activities, including daily administration of the Council,

relations with various local, state, and national entities involved with developmental disabilities
services, including the state's regional development commissions. Interfiled and interspersed are also
miscellaneous minutes of various of its committees, particularly the grant review, public policy, and
executive committees.
