SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The minutes record in detail the actions and decisions of the Executive Council, and include itemized lists of such authorizations as land sales, relief payments, banks handling state funds, bonds issued and cancelled, cancellations or settlements of debts owed the state, and loans to local governments and school districts.
