Also included are photographs of pollution in the Mississippi River and of the treatment plant and vicinity during several Mississippi River floods (1943-1969).

Photographs dated 1934 through 1969 document projects of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary District, while those for 1969 through 1974 document Metropolitan Sewer Board of the Twin Cities Area projects.
