HISTORICAL NOTE
Several small school districts in Big Bend, Kragero, and Tunsberg Townships (2, 29, 49, 52, 68, and 89) consolidated with School District No. 45 in 1951, creating the Joint Independent Consolidated School District No. 45 of Chippewa and Swift Counties. Designated as Independent School District No. 128 in 1957.
