The cards are arranged in chronological order by discharge year; thereunder in rough alphabetical order. Starting in 1963 there are two alphabetical sets per year; one of the sets is usually for patients who died at the facility or soon after discharge. At the end of the series is a set of cards in numerical order by case number. These cards are for patients admitted 1962-1974; discharged dates are not noted on the cards.
