Microfilm includes copy of town record books (1858-1914), including Civil War soldier bounty payments, board of supervisors minutes, poll lists and local election results, and petitions; road record books (1867-1919); treasurer's financial records (1861-1868, 1875-1898); birth and death registers (1871-1907); and a miscellaneous record book (1859-1893). The latter includes financial records of an unnumbered Chisago Lake school district (1861-1864), chattel mortgage register (1859-1875), writs of attachment (1870), estray register (1866, 1876-1893), and dog license register (1863-1866).
