Clerk's books (1884-1970), board of supervisor's minutes (1956, 1983-1984), annual town meeting combined poll lists and tally sheets (1913-1973) and minutes (1889-1984), wolf bounties (1912-1919, 1927), election registers (1950-1972), treasurer's (1914-1978) and audit board (1921-1981) annual statements, road (1883, 1914, 1929, 1952-1969) and annexation (1957-1950) papers and petitions, chattel mortgage book (1883-1907), and Grange Merchandise Company of Cambridge records (1898).
The clerk's books may include board of supervisors minutes, orders, treasurer's and board of audit statements, annual town meeting minutes, road orders, and road supervisor's annual statements. The chattel mortgage book also contains organizational records of the Grande Association of Town of Manila and Grange Merchandise Company of Cambridge.
