Abstract:Reports on work accomplished and time spent for Civilian Conservation Corps projects carried out by the Conservation Department in northern Minnesota. The reports consist of time figures and brief narrative notes, and the projects include fire fighting and prevention, tree planting, building, road, and trail construction, water conservation, surveying, and recreational developments.

More specifically the projects include timber surveying, seed and cone collecting, and tree planting; building construction; construction and maintenance of roads, trails, and firebreaks; fire hazard reduction; fire suppression; construction of stream and ditch dams, and other water conservation and erosion prevention projects; game and lake surveys; recreational developments; telephone line maintenance; and related work.

Information in the reports includes project name and location, notes on work accomplished, dates completed, and total man-days spent on each project and each job within the project. Arranged in numerical order by CCC camp number.
